A: We provide Standard FREE Tracked UK shipping!

Tracked shipping to EU is £15.99. Tracked shipping to US is £19.99.

Q: Do I have to pay any customs duties?

A: We are based in the UK, therefore orders within the UK are FREE of customs charges! For orders outside of the UK you might have to pay customs charges depending on your location.

Q: I haven’t received my order what do I do?

A: Some of the parcels might take longer to be delivered. Unfortunately, the shipping times are out of our control. We always to try dispatch all orders on time using the fastest tracked option.
